Linda has been training adults in the field of fitness since 1985 in corporate, non-profit, and commercial settings. She holds degrees in Physical Education and Exercise Science. Her certifications include group exercise through AFAA, personal training through ACSM, and Stott Pilates in both mat and reformer. In 2009 she became a Zumba certified instructor. She has been through the Balanced Body Chair Certification. She absolutely loves attending national conferences and local workshops in order to keep her clients' programs updated and challenging. Outside of the studio, Linda works with AFAA as a Certification Specialist for Primary Group Instructor, Personal Fitness Trainer, and facilitates many continuing education workshops to group instructors and personal trainers across the country. She is also an adjunct professor at Eastern Connecticut State University. |
Marion received her B.S. from the University of California Irvine. She has been a certified group instructor and personal trainer for the past 10 years. Marion received her certifications from the American Council of Exercise (ACE) and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). In addition, Marion is a Level one C.O.R.E. Resist-A-Ball trainer and is trained in Mat intensive Stott Pilates. Marion is a presenter and Master Trainer for BOSU and a Primary Group Certification Examiner for the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. Marion attends many fitness conferences throughout the United States in order to bring her clients the latest research available. Marion's philosophy that exercise should be fun and enjoyable is the hallmark she uses to develop successful workout routines for her clients. By helping men and women stay motivated and enthusiastic about living a healthier lifestyle, Marion has enjoyed seeing many clients reach their personal fitness goals. |
