Group Training Classes

Body by Design offers unique small group personal training classes for up to six people per class. Our facility offers a smaller class environment that provides each client the quality attention of a personal training regimen in a group setting.

Our certified instructors teach a variety of classes. Specialty classes routinely change to introduce and promote cross-training, and to accommodate clients' requests and interests. Classes generally run monthly. Unique class choices may include: BOSU, circuit, resist-a-ball, Muscle Conditioning, TRX, Reformer, Chair and Spin.

Body by Design will customize classes for clients. We call it our friends & family program. Classes are designed for groups of 4-6 people based on what they enjoy and want to achieve. Clients choose the time, type of class and the duration of the session.
