Pilates

Pilates is an exercise regimen based on the work of Joseph Pilates. Enhancements of mat and reformer training are:

  • Stronger core abdominal and back area
  • Flattens abdominals and restores natural posture
  • Greater mobility and agility
  • Alleviate pain and tension
  • Correct muscular imbalances
  • Restore natural spinal alignment

Reformer

The reformer is a specialized piece of equipment to perform Pilates exercises. These private and group sessions emphasize leg, hip, buttocks, abdomen, back and upper body strengthening and lengthening. The Pilates Reformer sessions bring the mat work to the next level. Benefits of Reformer Training include:

  • Building strength without bulk
  • Increasing flexibility and range of motion
  • Engaging in a no-impact workout with results

Chair

The chair is a piece of apparatus which anyone can get on almost immediately. The exercises are easy to learn clients can feel results almost immediately. Some benefits of the chair include:

  • Helps rebalance muscles
  • Combines upper body and lower body muscles
  • Enhances stability and improves body control
