Our certified staff is ready to assist you with your exercise goals. Personal training begins with an initial consultation. Through a series of tests you will be educated on your current resting heart rate, resting blood pressure, waist:hip ratio, girth measurements, body composition, cardiorespitory efficiency, muscular endurance and flexibility of your lower back and hamstrings.
You will review your goals with the trainier and an exercise regimen that you can manage will be determined. When you meet for your exercise session you will have the undivide attention and support of your certified instructors. We recommend an assessment every three to four months to confirm your progress.
Your exercise session may include:
- Cardiovascular Training
- Strength Training
- Flexibility Exercises
- Sport specific training (upon request)
