What is a Personal Training Studio?
We are a workout facility where you receive personalized attention all the time. Each time you exercise, you are with a trainer. You will review your goals with the trainer and an exercise regimen that you can manage will be determined. When you meet for you exercise session you will have the undivided attention and support from your certified instructor.
What is Pilates?
Pilates is a form of exercise where the goal is to strengthen the abdominal and back area, coupled with improving posture of the back and strength of the limbs. We have both mat classes and the Reformer. The mat class is an excellent tool to become familiar with the Pilates exercises. All levels are accommodated within the group setting. We also provide private instruction on the mat. The Reformers consist of one on one training.
What is Group Training?
Group training is an ideal way to get a great workout with other people with the same goals in mind. Join classes on a monthly basis according to your schedule. We take a maximum of six people in a class in order to give the individualized attention to each participant.
